AtEXPERLAM.CO, we stand behind the quality of our children's furniture. This Warranty Policy applies to all products purchased directly from our website[www.experlam.co].
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our products, starting from the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:
- Wood: Splitting, cracking, or warping under normal use
- Hardware: Rust, corrosion, or breakage of screws, bolts, and connectors
- Finish: Peeling, bubbling, or excessive fading of paint/coating
- Structural issues: Instability or joint loosening that affects normal function
- Fabric components: Tears, seam separation, or zipper failure on storage bins or changing pads (within 6 months)
2. What Is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fabric fading, foam compression)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents (e.g., jumping on furniture, spills, impacts)
- Improper assembly (e.g., missing screws, wrong installation without following manual)
- Modifications or alterations made to the product
- Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or direct sunlight
- Shipping damage – please file a claim with us within [48 hours] of delivery (see Section 5)
- Products not purchased directly from EXPERLAM.CO (e.g., from unauthorized resellers)
- Assembly labor costs or any incidental/consequential damages
3. How to File a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide the following information in your email:
- Order number
- Product name/model
- Date of delivery
- Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
- Brief description of the issue
Step 3:We will review your claim within[3-5 business days]and respond with instructions. If approved, we will send youreplacement partsor areplacement productat no cost.
4. Replacement Parts
For issues covered under warranty, we will provide free replacement parts whenever possible. This includes:
- Screws, bolts, dowels, and tools
- Wood panels or slats
- Fabric bins or changing pad covers
- Anti-tip hardware
We do not require you to return the entire product for minor part replacements.
5. Shipping Damage
Shipping damage is not covered under this warranty. However, we will help you resolve it separately.

We will send you free replacement parts or a replacement product, depending on the severity.
6. What If the Product Is Discontinued?
If a product covered under warranty is no longer available, we will, at our discretion:
- Replace it with a comparable current model of equal or greater value, or
- Issue a store credit (or partial refund) based on the product's remaining warranty period
7. International Warranty
Our warranty applies to customers worldwide who purchased directly from EXPERLAM.CO. However:
- Replacement parts will be shipped to your address free of charge.
- If a full product replacement is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping of the defective item (unless the defect is our fault). We will cover shipping for the replacement item.
- Customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees for replacement items are not covered – these are the customer's responsibility.
8. Warranty Transferability
This warranty applies to theoriginal purchaser onlyand isnon-transferable. If you sell or give away the product, the remaining warranty period does not transfer to the new owner.
