Q: Can the bookcase tip over easily?

No. Our children's bookcase is designed with safety in mind. It comes with anti-tip hardware(wall anchor strap) included. We strongly recommend attaching it to the wall. The bookcase also has awide, stable baseand is made from solid wood, which lowers the center of gravity.

Q: Toy Storage are the bins included?

Yes, each toy storage shelf comes with in assorted. The bins are washable, and have reinforced handles. You can also purchase extra bins separately.

Q: Does the floor bed have any small parts that could come loose?

No. The floor bed usesrecessed screws and locking dowelsthat are not accessible to children. All hardware is securely hidden. There are no small detachable parts that pose a choking hazard.

Q: Is the play yard easy to move around?

Yes. The play yard islightweight and foldable. It comes with a carry bag, so you can take it indoors, outdoors, or even when traveling. Each panel connects with simple snap-locks – no tools required.

Q: Can I buy extra panels to make the play yard larger?

Absolutely. Our play yard is expandable. You can purchase add-on panelsseparately to increase the size or change the shape (rectangle, hexagon, etc.). All panels are compatible.

Q: Can I see the assembly instructions before buying?

Yes. On each product page, there is a"Assembly Manual"tab where you can download a PDF preview. This helps you understand the assembly difficulty and time required before you decide.

Q: What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

Please do not refuse the package. Instead:

  1. Take photos of the outer box (all sides) and damaged product(s).
  2. Contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery with your order number and photos.
  3. We will arrange a free replacement for the damaged parts or the full product, depending on the severity.

Do not discard the original packaging until we have reviewed your case – carriers often require it for inspection.

Q: What is the height of the play yard? Can a toddler climb out?

The play yard height is 23.5“. Most children cannot climb out until around 24 months, but we always recommend adult supervision. The design has no horizontal footholds that could assist climbing.
