Materials and Processes

Our products are made frompine woodsourced from sustainably managed forests. Pine is one of the most renewable and eco-friendly wood resources available, with forest stocks continuously expanding to support long-term supply.

All finishes and adhesives used on our pine wood surfaces arefree from harmful levels of formaldehyde, ensuring a safer indoor environment for your family.

We have created our own rigorous quality control program to stay ahead of industry standards. A quality control team at our production site individually checks and hand packs each piece to ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship before products leave our factory doors. Items are re-inspected and assembled by another team upon arrival in the US.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Always assemble and use the product according to the included instructions. Regularly inspect all hardware, fasteners, guardrails, slats, and structural components, and stop using the product if any part is loose, damaged, or missing.
