Shipping&Delivery

We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to eligible addresses within the United States. No minimum order value or product weight threshold is required.

Standard shipping will be shown as free at checkout before your order is finalized.

We currently ship only to eligible addresses within the United States. Certain states, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, remote areas, and other restricted locations may not be eligible for delivery.

Shipping availability is determined by the U.S. delivery address entered at checkout. If delivery is unavailable for your address, you will be notified during checkout or contacted by our customer service team.

Orders require 1-2 business days for processing before being transferred to the carrier. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

After processing, standard delivery time is 3-5 days. Remote areas may take 5-7 days. Estimated delivery times begin when the order is transferred to the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, carrier disruptions, high-volume shipping periods, remote destinations, or other circumstances beyond our control. At this time, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates or expedited shipping.

Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together may not always ship together and may arrive at different times.

Ordering items in multiple quantities may be considered a bulk order. Bulk orders may require manual assistance and may ship separately. Standard shipping remains free for eligible U.S. delivery addresses.

Some large items may require scheduled delivery or special carrier handling. When this applies, details will be shown at checkout or communicated by our service team.

Standard shipping remains free for eligible U.S. delivery addresses. Delivery appointments or carrier handling requirements may make delivery times longer than standard parcel shipments.

An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order once tracking information becomes available. Tracking information is usually provided after the carrier picks up the order from our warehouse.

Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives the shipment.

Orders can be canceled only before they are processed, fulfilled, or transferred to the carrier. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled as an unshipped order and will instead be handled as a return.

If a change-of-mind return is requested after shipment, the customer is responsible for actual carrier interception, return-to-sender, or return shipping costs. Carrier interception is not guaranteed. Please refer to our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy for complete details.

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at support@experlam.co.

For damaged items, please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any visible damage. This helps us assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution.

For items that arrive in less than perfect condition, we may send replacement pieces at no cost to you, depending on the situation and item availability.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempts, or inability to receive the shipment, please contact us so our service team can review whether the order can be reshipped. Standard shipping on the original order is free for eligible U.S. delivery addresses, so nothing is charged for original standard shipping.
