Shipping Rates
We now offer free shipping on most items! 
Please note that rates are subject to change; please check the rate before finalizing your order. 
Select items are considered “oversized” and will require Room of Choice Delivery to ensure proper handling and care. This shipping method is noted at checkout and also under the "Shipping & Returns" tab on the product page

Ordering items in multiple quantities may be considered a bulk order. Bulk orders require manual assistance and could be subject to additional shipping charges if order contains large parcel items.
Certain items may not be eligible for bulk ordering, subject to availability.
Orders for business buildings are encouraged to be ordered through our service team to ensure proper scheduled delivery to receiving.
Shipping times quoted include
Orders typically require up to 2 business days for processing before they are transferred to the carrier. 
Tracking information is sent directly to our system when the carrier picks up the order at our warehouse. 
We are not able to expedite shipments or offer guarantee delivery dates on parcel packages.
Tracking Notification
An automated tracking email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order.

While placing your order, please check that your shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
Items may ship from different warehouses. Items ordered together are not always shipped together and may arrive at different times.
Cancelling or Modifying Orders
We pride ourselves on our ability to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but as a result it may not be possible to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed through our warehouse. We generally have a 1 hour window from when your order is placed, to have the ability to cancel your order. Anything after 1 hour will need to be reviewed. Gift Cards are not applicable as they are fulfilled instantly.
If your order is successfully cancelled, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. We'll issue your refund right away, but it may take 10 - 12 business days to
reflect on your statements.
Any orders that are unable to be cancelled will have to be treated as a return and the customer will be responsible for all applicable fees.

Note that we can't redirect orders once they already on their way to you. Please check that your order and shipping address are correct when placing your order.
What if My Order Never Arrives, is Stolen, or was Damaged in Transit?

Received a damaged item or missing a piece? We can send you free replacement parts! Please start your request by visiting our parts page.

For items that arrive to you in less than perfect condition, we will send you replacement pieces at no cost to you. To help us assess the issue, please submit details and photographs of the item and the packaging.
